Required submission formats
Unless otherwise discussed, I accept submissions in Microsoft Word and will use tracked changes and comments to edit the document. Any inlay images or charts will be edited to the best of my ability (based on clarity of images) using comments.
My preferred editing styles are MLA and APA, but I also have experience with Chicago and AP formatting.
Comments and edits will be provided in English. I have extensive experience working with ESL and ELL authors.
Edits will be returned via email; if the edited file is too large to email, a download link will be sent via Google Drive or Dropbox. If a third-party system is used to upload and send the file, that file will be deleted within 30 days of the original send.
I will work toward your deadline as often as possible. Please ensure your deadline is clearly listed on the submission form.
Every project includes edits for grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, and style. Depending on the project I will also edit for content clarity and accessibility.
Edits include one round of questions to be conducted via email.
Unless otherwise discussed I do not check facts, statistics, or math within standard edits.

Payment must be received within 14 days of final edits. Payment may be remitted via PayPal or personal check. Money orders and cash are not accepted. All payment terms must be agreed upon in writing before edits will begin.
